My swim didn't show up

Open Dolphin on your watch, pick your pool length, tap Start, and tap End when you finish. Keep your phone nearby afterwards so the swim can transfer. It can take a minute.

The watch app is missing

On iPhone, open the Watch app, scroll to Dolphin under Available Apps, and tap Install. On Android, install Dolphin on your Wear OS watch from the Play Store page on the watch.

What does the score mean?

It blends how steady your stroke rhythm is, how even your laps are, how efficient each length is, and whether you held form to the end. It is tuned for freestyle in a pool.

A note on health

Dolphin is a swim coach, not a medical device. Stop if anything hurts, and swim with a lifeguard or a buddy when you can.
