AI Swim Coach & Stroke Tracker privacy policy
Developer: Han Kim · app id com.hansolokim4eva.dolphin · last updated November 7, 2026
Dolphin has no account, no ads and no tracking. It counts anonymous usage with PostHog so I can see which screens people use. These counts are not linked to your identity, and I never see your name, email, location or your swims.
Your swims
While you swim, your watch records motion data from its sensors (and heart rate and distance if you allow it) and sends it to your phone. Your phone turns it into a summary and coaching tips and saves the summary on the phone. Nothing about your swims is uploaded to me or to any server. If you delete the app, it's gone.
Health data
On Apple Watch the swim runs as a workout through Apple Health, and on Wear OS through Health Services. This is used only to keep the watch recording while the screen is off and to count lengths. Dolphin does not share health data with anyone.
Anonymous usage counts
The app sends simple events to PostHog (us.i.posthog.com): that the app was opened, which screen was shown, and that a swim summary was viewed with its score. Each install has a random identifier that isn't tied to you, your Apple or Google account or your advertising ID. The data is used only to improve the app and is not sold or used for advertising.
Children
Dolphin doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes and contact
If this ever changes, this page will be updated before the app is. Questions: hankimproduction@gmail.com.
